I’ve been working in care for over 6 years. Previously, I had worked with children as a nanny and in a playgroup and a nursery. I joined Good Companions in March 2024 and it’s been such a good decision as this company seem to care about their staff and we are not just a number on a tick box we are made to feel valued by management and the clients. I look forward to work each day which is a great feeling. All the other carer’s are fantastic and work as a team making it a great place to work.
